The Role
We’re searching for a passionate, creative, and experienced UI/UX Design Instructor to join our team part-time and inspire the next generation of digital product designers.
For years, MALhub has delivered design training through interactive sessions and hands-on mentorship. Now, as our design community expands and industry demand evolves, we need a dedicated instructor who will bring structure, relevance, and real-world expertise into every session.
This is an on-site teaching role based in Ilorin, Nigeria.
What You’ll Do
- Lead interactive workshops and lectures that make learning exciting and practical
- Build and deliver a curriculum aligned with modern UI/UX industry standards
- Mentor students through real design challenges and project obstacles
- Review and assess student work with clear, constructive feedback
- Stay updated on UI/UX tools, trends, and best practices
- Collaborate with instructors and staff to create a seamless learning experience

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Strong knowledge of user-centred design principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring designers
- Creativity, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in Figma (Adobe XD and Sketch is a plus)
Working Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
