The Role: Data Analyst
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to help transform raw data into actionable insights. This role will support decision-making across sales, shipment tracking, and overall business performance by building reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
You’ll work closely with internal teams to analyse trends, identify opportunities, and provide clear, data-backed recommendations.
What You’ll Do
- Analyse business data to support strategic decision-making
- Create reports and interactive dashboards using Excel and Power BI
- Track and monitor sales and shipment KPIs
- Identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps
- Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical teams
- Support ongoing data-driven improvements across departments
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
