About Lendsqr

Lendsqr is on a mission to make credit accessible to everyone, everywhere. Through its Lending as a Service (LaaS) platform, the company provides everything lenders need to launch and scale digital lending from infrastructure to data and support tools.

Over the years, Lendsqr has helped transform how loans are accessed by powering some of the top digital lenders, including Kredi Bank, Urgent10k, Irorun, and Sterling Bank.

At its core, Lendsqr is driven by a simple vision: building the future of lending in Africa, and it’s doing that with a team of passionate, smart people.

  • Must be 23 years old or younger
  • Strong interest in fintech and building a career in the space
  • Naturally curious with a habit of learning or experimenting

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Deadline-driven and process-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools

What Makes This Opportunity Worth It?

  • Real-world experience in a fast-growing fintech company
  • Exposure to different teams and career paths
  • Monthly data bonus
