The Role
We are looking for a Mid-Level Designer (Branding & Packaging) to join our growing creative team.
This role is fully remote and ideal for a designer who is confident in hands-on execution, passionate about branding systems, and eager to grow while collaborating closely with a creative lead.
You will be responsible for creating strategic branding and packaging designs, developing strong visual systems, and contributing to high-quality case studies that showcase real-world impact.
What You’ll Do
- Create strategic branding and packaging designs for global brands
- Design extensive brand guidelines and scalable packaging systems
- Own hands-on design execution while working under clear creative direction
- Collaborate closely to build long-lasting and consistent design systems
- Develop strong, memorable case studies for portfolios and brand showcases
- Use AI tools effectively for image generation, mockups, and design exploration
- Maintain high visual standards with strong attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years professional design experience
- Strong portfolio focused on branding and packaging design
- Excellent visual taste and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Motion design skills are required
- Solid understanding of AI tools for design workflows, mockups, and image generation
- Growth mindset, curiosity, and willingness to improve craft continuously
